Welcome to My Recovery is E.P.I.C. by Young People in Recovery in collaboration with SOBERTECH. This course has been adapted by SOBERTECH from YPR’s in-class course to provide accessibility to a broader range of clients. We have broken up the content into 10 important sections which will cover employment, education, leadership and empowerment, housing, neuroscience of substance abuse disorder, recovery messaging, finance, healthy relationships and holistic health. Each session has been designed to educate and enhance recovery among our clients. We understand that not everyone has the same schedule which can limit their access to resources, this is why we have created this tool so that everyone can get the education and support they need for a successful recovery experience. This is a self guided course with trained providers monitoring and supporting you throughout. You will be able to move through each session at your own speed and can contact the providers at any time with questions and concerns about content. You will need to complete each of the sessions to move onto the next one and every session must be completed to receive credit for the course.
